Zachary T. Sadowski

Attorney
A proud Georgia native, Zach has had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the best attorneys in his practice areas, including a former Probate Court Judge. His practice focuses primarily on assisting small business owners thrive and creating long-lasting plans to ensure both their businesses and families are protected for generations to come. During law school, Zach fell in love with tax law while working in the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and continues to advance those values by breaking down complex legal issues and providing representation to those clients regardless of their life circumstances. In addition to his work with Sadowski Law, Zach enjoys running, cooking, writing music, and traveling with his fiancé, Marcus.

Barbara Fernandez de Bautista

Barbara brings a wealth of experience to all areas of her work. In addition to her impressive career in the DeKalb County State Court Clerk's Office, DeKalb County Solicitor General's Office, and Clayton County District Attorney's Office (where she also provided all Spanish language translations), Barbara has worked in various law enforcement agencies across the Metro Atlanta area since 1998. Barbara is a Certified Georgia P.O.S.T. Instructor and also utilizes her experience from serving as the Supervisor of Clayton County's Victim Witness Assistance Division to ensure that every client receives the highest level of care and compassion while working through their case. Barbara's greatest joys are spending time with her family and being the best grandmother to her grandson and granddaughter.
